期刊简介
《心电与循环》为浙江省卫生和计划生育委员会主管、浙江省医学会主办的，面向全国发行的心电学、心脑血管病学及相关学科的专业学术性期刊。其前身《心电学杂志》为创刊于1982年的我国第一本心电学专业学术性期刊。《心电与循环》目前为双月刊，单月20 日出版。杂志面向从事心脑血管疾病预防、医疗、科研、教学的工作者，报道心电图、心电起搏和电生理，动脉粥样硬化，高血压，心力衰竭，结构性心脏病（先天性心脏病、瓣膜病），血栓栓塞性疾病和抗栓治疗，心脑血管影像学，介入心脏病学及心脑血管疾病的流行病学、基础研究、药理学、循证医学研究等。本刊设有论著、经验交流、病例分析、综述、讲座等栏目。欢迎广大心电学、心脑血管疾病及相关科室工作者投稿。

摘要：Electrocardiogram changes in athletes are common and usually reflect structural and electrical remodelling of the heart as an adaptation to regular physical training (athlete's heart).However, abnormalities of athlete's ECG may be an expression of an underlying heart disease which carries a risk of SCD during sport.It is important that ECG abnormalities resulting from intensive physical training and those potentially associated with an increased cardiovascular risk are correctly distinguished.The athlete's ECG changes are divided into two groups: common and training-related and training-unrelated.
