期刊简介
《心电与循环》为浙江省卫生和计划生育委员会主管、浙江省医学会主办的，面向全国发行的心电学、心脑血管病学及相关学科的专业学术性期刊。其前身《心电学杂志》为创刊于1982年的我国第一本心电学专业学术性期刊。《心电与循环》目前为双月刊，单月20 日出版。杂志面向从事心脑血管疾病预防、医疗、科研、教学的工作者，报道心电图、心电起搏和电生理，动脉粥样硬化，高血压，心力衰竭，结构性心脏病（先天性心脏病、瓣膜病），血栓栓塞性疾病和抗栓治疗，心脑血管影像学，介入心脏病学及心脑血管疾病的流行病学、基础研究、药理学、循证医学研究等。本刊设有论著、经验交流、病例分析、综述、讲座等栏目。欢迎广大心电学、心脑血管疾病及相关科室工作者投稿。

Catheter ablation of ventricular tachycardia in postmyocardial in-farction

摘要：In contrast to ventricular tachycardia (VT) that occurs in the setting of a structurally normal heart, VT that occurs in patients with myocardial infarction carries an elevated risk for sudden cardiac death(SCD), and im-plantable cardioverter-defibrillators(ICDs)are the mai-nstay of therapy. In these individuals, catheter ablation may be used as adjunctive therapy to treat or prevent repetitive ICD therapies when antiarrhythmic drugs are ineffective or not desired. However, certain patients with frequent premature ventricular contrac- tions (PVCs) or VT and tachycardiomyopathy should be considered for ablation before ICD implantation because left ven-tricular function may improve, consequently decreasing the risk of SCD and obviating the need for an ICD.
